Transaction Process

• Payment methods accepted: pay-order, major credit and debit cards, bank transfer and cash.
• When you place your order you will be told the payment structure: whether full amount of the payment due is expected at the moment of placing your order, or whether you will have to make an initial deposit, followed by subsequent payments.
• After your order is made, an email detailing your full order, your contact details, a breakup of the costing as well as your mailing address that we have on file will be sent to you. This also acts as a receipt of payment.
• It is your responsibility to check the details of the above mentioned email, especially the address at which we will send your order. If there is a discrepancy, reply to the same email detailing your correct information.
• Value Added Tax will be payable by the customer and is added into the price of all items.
• Once payment is made and all consideration is met, the product is considered customized as per your measurements and requirements. The client does not own the design of product at any point, the design remains exclusively the property of ARGA & ARGA

• In the unlikely event that you face any problems, please feel free to contact us at: customerservice@arga-arga.com. Our team will respond as soon as possible. Please note: If it is an emergency (eg: wedding is in a few days) please state so in the subject line of your email.
• Delivery Problems: If you are facing delivery problems, please check the information in the email sent to you, if it is correct and you are still facing delivery problems, then please contact us at customerservice@arga-arga.com and our team will investigate the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

Products

• We have attempted to portray product colours on our website and printed material as accurately as possible. However, due to color reproduction in printing, internet and computer screen inaccuracies, the actual product colour may differ slightly.
• Our products are almost all hand-done and as such no two pieces are the same. Any slight difference or change is expected in hand-work.
• Any products that have precious or semi precious stone-work will be accompanied by a certifying document regarding their authenticity.
